Transforming University Libraries: Leadership & Innovation Programme (TULLIP), from 30 June to 4 July 2025. We conducted a successful inaugural run in January 2025, and I believe this would be of keen interest to many of your colleagues and librarians. The programme is designed to Reimagine Libraries of the Future through experiential learning beyond the classroom. We would be thrilled if members of the Interlibrary Cooperation Association, as well as your library colleagues from Taipei Medical University, could participate and take advantage of this exciting opportunity. You may find more details below, for your reference and sharing:

 

TULLIP aims to bridge the gap between library professionals in ASEAN and beyond. This program is designed to empower library professionals with essential leadership skills and innovative approaches to managing modern libraries in a rapidly evolving academic environment. I believe this would be an excellent opportunity for emerging leaders and forward-thinking staff to take a significant step in their professional development.

Key Programme Highlights

• Day 1: Leading transformational change for libraries in today’s information landscape

• Day 2: AI, digital transformation and innovation in a leading academic library

• Day 3: Library partnerships and success stories for education and research

• Day 4: Library as a living lab: collections, infrastructure and placemaking

• Day 5: Problem solving, transformational learning and overcoming barriers to change through real-world case studies

一、宗　　旨：為充實與增進本協會會員與圖書館同道各類專業知能，擬延續110年9月之規畫，辦理一系列「圖書館館員培力計畫課程」。

二、辦理單位：中華圖書資訊館際合作協會、臺北醫學大學圖書館

五、參與對象：本協會會員及圖書館界同道

六、認　　證：本課程提供「公務人員終身學習時數認證」或是「研習證明」。若須核發「公務人員終身學習時數認證」，請於報名表單內勾選，並填寫身分證字號；研習證明將於場次結束後的下個月月底前核發，統一採電子檔方式email寄送，若需紙本請自行列印留存。

七、報名截止時間：詳細時間請參考「九、場次規劃」表格內文。

八、報名通知與會前通知信件：於表單報名後將會收到「報名通知信」，確認參與者已成功報名；課程前二日將寄出「會前通知信」，信件包含【注意事項】、【Webex操作方式】、【會議室網址】等資訊，再請與會者留意查收。

每位申請者以索取一本年曆為原則。若您有需要，請先填寫Google表單以便我們統計需求數量。

二、確認及回覆

專員將確認年曆數量是否足夠。確認後，專員將以Email通知索取者年曆索取的後續流程。

三、自付郵資說明

請寄送「回郵信封」至協會。

※請注意：

1. 年曆需自付郵資，請您於信封中附上郵資為36元的回郵信封（信封大小建議為18公分*22公分以上），以便我們將年曆寄送給您。
2. 如需索取多本年曆，請附上相應數量的回郵信封（例如：欲索取2本，則附上2封回郵信封）。

四、發送及通知

寄發年曆後，我們會發送Email通知您，若未收到通知，請再聯繫我們以確認。

活動對象：幼兒園組(中班、大班)、國小學生分為低年級組（一、二年級）、中年級組（三、四年級）、高年級組（五、六年級）共計四組。

繳件方式：請將書面作品(A3)和著作權同意書(A4)郵寄至「中華民國圖書館學會」收（100201台北市中正區中山南路20號 註明：【圖書館與我】全國圖文比賽 O年級組/幼兒園組）

收件日期：2024年9月15日至10月31日止（以郵戳為憑），寄送作品圖紙不符A3尺寸，將無法參加評審。

得獎與頒獎：得獎名單於2024年11月30日公布於中華民國圖書館學會網站(https://www.lac.org.tw/)，得獎者將於2024年12月14日於中華民國圖書館學會會員大會頒獎（交通自理）。

獎項說明：

每組名次	獎項
第一名	獎學金5,000元及獎狀乙紙
第二名	獎學金3,000元及獎狀乙紙
第三名	獎學金2,000元及獎狀乙紙
佳作	數名，便利商店禮物卡200元及獎狀乙紙

註：依中華民國稅法規定，獎項金額若達新台幣1,000元以上，獎項所得將列入個人年度綜合所得稅申報，故得獎者需提供身份證影本(未成年人應提供戶口名簿及法定代理人或監護人之身分證影本)，且依規定填寫並繳交相關收據方可領獎；其他未盡事宜，悉依中華民國稅法相關規定辦理。

本會與中華民國圖書館學會於112年9月至10月合作舉辦第二屆【圖書館與我】全國圖文比賽，獲得社會熱烈迴響，共收到來自全臺18個縣市121所小學合計529件作品，經專業評審委員會評選出幼兒園、國小低中高年級前三名及各組10名佳作。

今年與北、中、南三個公共圖書館合作展出得獎作品，首站於7/12-8/1於新北市立圖書館總館舉辦。接續於8/8~9/4由臺南市立圖書館新總館接棒展出，最後一站將到臺中市立圖書館精武分館，於9/13~9/29展出，歡迎踴躍前往參觀。
